Actions plans are an essential part of student development and should be completed to help a student and their Practice Educator to plan a strategy to achieve progression. Please contact the Placement Lead relevant to that year group if you require support developing the action plan.
The example below provides some guidance on the development points that commonly feature in a student action plan. It is important that the student also receives individualised support from both UoG as well as their Practice Educator in order to achieve their goals and both parties should include comments to this effect in the appropriate section of the document.
Please ensure that once an action plan is completed that a copy is emailed to the Placement Lead relevant to that year group. Please refer to the Practice Educator Handbook link for contact details.
