The booking confirmation emails generated by this website may be sent to your PMM folder. Please check your PMM folder if a confirmation email doesn’t appear in your mailbox.  If emails are not there, we are aware that there is a wider issue where in some cases confirmation emails are not reaching staff – while this is being fixed we will be sending confirmation emails manually.
Please bear with us while we do this manually in batches. It may not be possible to respond to individual emails regarding this. It is really important that you note the confirmation message on your screen at the time you book plus save the date in your diary at the time of booking. Remember of you have booked a place on a course, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the details saved in your diary.
