The Faculty of Prehospital Care, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, are exploring the wellbeing of prehospital staff. Their aim is to understand the challenges and stressors prehospital workers face, as well as what supports them.
Please help the group to understand more about wellbeing in the prehospital setting by completing this survey. It takes 10 minutes and clinicians from all prehospital backgrounds and settings are invited. The FCPC want to hear from everyone involved in prehospital care and to understand the good, the bad and the ugly to try and make it better.
All feedback will be anonymised and organisations won’t be named.
This survey will be built on with focus groups. They will be conducted mainly online with one of the wellbeing working group from the FPHC (who are all volunteers interested in trying to improve this situation) and last a maximum of one hour. Several will be run to try and ensure everyone is given the opportunity to speak. If you are interested in participating, please return your email address at the end of the survey and you will be contacted.
