 EDUCATION DAY SELF BOOKING
Groups that self-booking is open to:
Bank staff – e.g.
- Staff who solely work on a bank contract
- Staff with a secondary operational bank contract such as EOC staff who work
- operationally on a bank contract.
Specialist units – These bookings will be coordinated at a unit level – please check with
your unit administrator before booking as they may be booking on your behalf.
- SPUECs
- SPCCS
- HART
Managers and other non-operational (non-Rota) roles – e.g.
- OO’s
- Clinical Leads
- HoPs
Self booking education days
This year we will be trialling self-booking of Education Days for certain groups of staff.
If you are in one of these staff groups, information will have been sent to you direct to let you know you can self-book. Certain groups may be booked on by their team administrator to coordinate locally – they will inform you if your group is using this method.

There are 4 days of content this year
*Please note* Only 1 day can be booked at a time – you will need to book each day individually & refresh the page each time.Â
REGISTERED Clinicians will need to BOOK ALL 4 DAYS
1 – Clinician Day
NON-Registered Clinicians need to BOOK 3 DAYS
2 – Conflict Resolution day (even if you have completed it recently)Â
3 – Core skills Day 1
4 – Core skills Day 2

Once you have booked you will see an onscreen confirmation, and receive a confirmation email.
ROC will be notified automatically be email and will add the day to GRS.
These places will be allocated on a first come first basis.
