Work-related relationships can be challenging, and it’s common to underestimate the difficulties that can often be encountered when trying to navigate through the work environment and the complex nature of human interaction.
This programme will empower delegates to have awareness to reflect on actions both in the past and present and explore the impact of these behaviours on themselves and others. This supports the promotion of inclusivity, compassionate support to others and creates a more psychologically safe working environment. The programme supports exploration of personal and professional accountability and fosters the skills necessary for building healthier, more respectful, and inclusive workplace relationships. By reflecting on past behaviours and embracing a commitment to a growth mindset, participants can transform their approach and be part of positive culture change to ensure our workplace is safe, happy and healthy for all.
