Studies are increasingly highlighting the important role that psychological safety plays at work. One of the studies was performed by Google, who spent two years and interviewed 180 different teams, eventually identifying
psychological safety as the key characteristic of exceptional teams. In their own words… “In a team with high psychological safety, teammates feel safe to take risks around their team members. They feel confident that no one on the team will embarrass or punish anyone else for admitting a mistake, asking a question, or offering a new idea.”
This workshop is intended to be run as a programme of self-exploration, designed for individuals to highlight possible challenges before they become issues, and share ideas and opportunities for improvement with their colleagues.
Duration: Half a day
Eligibility: Patient facing staff only (all grades, including registered HCPCs and non-registered).
