Stress awareness week 2021 1st – 5th Nov 2021
In conjunction with the international stress awareness week, Oxford University Experimental Psychology team have created a series of 4 video’s with tips of how to manage stress.
We are proud to have one of the CPD team – academic support paramedic and PhD student Sasha Johnston – affiliated with them, and she produced the fourth video.
