RCN Foundation announce opening of Autumn education and career development grants for nursing and midwifery professionals
The RCN Foundation has opened its annual Autumn round of education and career development grants. These grants aim to support those involved in nursing and midwifery to develop professional, upskill themselves, and enhance the care they give to patients. Grants can be used to undertake undergraduate degrees, postgraduate qualifications, and professional training.
Open to applications from nurses, midwives, nursing associates, maternity assistants, healthcare support workers and student nurses who will begin their study between 1 January – 31 December 2025. You don’t need to be a member of the RCN to apply!
The maximum amount for education grants available for continuous professional development is up to £1,600 and for student nurses it is £2,500.
