NQP Preceptorship - Recording of the latest Band 6 shift

This is the Recording of the latest Band 6 shift page - use the form below to complete your documentation

These shifts are an opportunity once a month to work with a Band 6 clinician as a ‘rest and reflect’ pause from being the lead clinician. Please take this opportunity to reflect on how you’re progressing and whether there’s anything you might do differently moving forward.
Please utilise this page to track your shifts with a Band 6.
5 is the minimum and ideally these should be spread out over your first 6 months as an NQP. It is your responsibility to track these and liaise with ROC when one is due. Obviously, some may naturally occur because of relief planning, which is ideal.
