SLOT ANALYSIS

What do you feel are your areas of strength within your current practice?
Is there an area of practice you feel you could improve in? If so, what?
Now that your 14 shifts have finished, what opportunities are there moving forward into autonomous practice as the lead clinician?
Are there any obstacles that you face? For example, time restraints or learning barriers? What ongoing support do you think you might need?

Preceptorship confidence levels

Use this section to record three areas of practice you may be feeling under confident in. For example this may be “Local Urgent care ACPs” or recognition of Bundle Branch Blocks” or “Clinical decision making in the frail population”. Try to make it as specific as possible. Plot your current confidence levels at the start of your Preceptorship and measure how they improve over time.

1 = Not confident - 5 = Very confident

Please provide feedback on your 1st 7 shifts
Well done for completing your first 14 shifts as an NQP. You will now begin your time as the lead clinician. This is a reminder to ensure your recall days have been planned in for you by ROC as well as your first couple of band 6 paramedic shifts. Remember these can be with any band 6 clinician and should be once a month for the next 5 months. Please keep a track of this and flag to ROC approximately 6 weeks in advance so that they can be planned for you.*
Click the button to acknowledge (maybe set yourself a reminder in your phone now?)
