This event will explore the mental health needs of patients, paramedics, and students, recognising the unique pressures of providing frontline care and the importance of supporting wellbeing across the profession.

The conference is designed to spark meaningful conversations, share practical insights, and create opportunities to network with like-minded individuals across the field. Whether you’re an experienced member, an emerging student, or exploring the space as a non-member, you’ll gain valuable perspectives to support your work and development through learning from each other and engaging with the latest thinking and research in the field.

RCoP are honoured to be joined by keynote speaker, Simon Weston CBE – a veteran, author, and internationally respected advocate for mental wellbeing. Following his life-changing injuries during the Falklands War, Simon has become a powerful voice on recovery, perspective, and the importance of psychological support. His story is one of courage, honesty, and hope, offering valuable insight into navigating trauma and nurturing wellbeing in challenging professions.
