The Mental Health First Aid Level 2 course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to recognise, understand, and support individuals experiencing mental ill health.
You will explore common mental health conditions, learn how to identify signs of distress, have supportive conversations, and provide appropriate support and signposting. The course also covers creating mentally healthy environments and understanding key risk factors.
By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and confidence to support others and help promote positive mental wellbeing in your community.
Cost: As a result of government funding, this qualification is currently being offered for free. Please note that the number of funded spaces are limited – book early to secure your spot.

Duration: 6-12 weeks

- Develop a deeper understanding of mental health and feel more confident in your ability to support others.
- This is an external opportunity that CPD have not procured nor are we involved in the planning of this course.
