
Overview
Hosted by an experienced and multi-disciplinary faculty of midwives and paramedics, MANAGE is open to all patient-facing clinicians in the service. This face-to-face training day will provide attendees the opportunity to practice maternity skills and on-scene management in a safe and supportive space.

Suitable for all patient-facing clinicians. Not currently available for CFRs and pre-registration students.

Uniform not required.
No lunch provided, but there are tea and coffee facilities available.
This course will cover:
- Labour and birth
- Newborn life support (including pre-term stabilisation)
- Maternal assessment
- Bleeding in pregnancy
- Breech birth
- Post-partum haemorrhage
- Baby loss and comfort care
- Shoulder Dystocia
- Cord prolapse
- Human factors and multi-disciplinary working
