Embracing Neurodiversity is an online accessibly designed e-learning course for completion by all employees designed to support, retain and attract a truly neurodiverse workforce.
The course content is easy to use and broken down into bite-size chunks. Each ‘lesson’ lasts 5-15 minutes allowing for flexible learning to suit each person’s lifestyle. A range of resources are included, and a self-evaluation is offered at the end of each module to assess learning.

The protected characteristics monitoring form is separate to the main application form ; completion is optional & anonymous. We ask for information on your ‘protected characteristics’ in order to help us monitor our performance on equality.
