Motorcyclists are some of our most vulnerable road users; unfortunately, they can also become worse off when an accident happens. In this session, we will cover:

  • Who DocBike is
  • Why and how motorcycles crash
  • Scene safety (specific to motorcycles)
  • What a CRASH card is
  • Safe removal of motorcycle helmets and clothing
  • Go through trauma skills
Learning Outcomes
  • Know how to approach the scene of a motorbike accident safely
  • Understand what may of caused the accident
  • Safely manage the patient
