Research participation opportunity

Researchers from the University of East Anglia are exploring how personal life experiences and professional training influence paramedics’ cultural competency in their work, particularly in relation to ethnicity. The project is aiming to identify what factors lead to strong cultural competency. This involves looking at the training, situations, and motivations that lead to culturally competent care, using surveys and interviews to gather insights.

This project is seeking volunteers to participate. The researchers would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

  • Current front line ambulance service staff (clinical)
  • You are 18 years or older
