‘Back to Basics’ in house CPD sessions

‘Back to Basics’ in house CPD sessions

Written & delivered by SWAST Learning & Development Officers; these events will offer a real ‘Back 2 Basics’ refresher course in a variety of subjects to all staff.

We aim to deliver at least 1 of each session in each of the 8 operational County areas.

Sessions planned are :

1. ECGs – (additional to the popular Level 1 & 2 ECG events), and starting at a basic foundation level.
2. Pharmacology session- again starting at a basic foundation level.
3. TBC- Trauma
4. More sessions TBC but not yet finalised!

These courses are open to ALL grades of Staff and Paramedic Science students.
Students and Mentors are particularly encouraged to attend together for shared learning and assessment.
