We’re inviting all staff to take a few minutes to complete the CPD Staff Survey 2026/27 – Fill in form
Your feedback helps us design Continuous Professional Development (CPD) that works for you; from the topics you’re interested in, to how you’d prefer learning to be delivered. This is your opportunity to shape what’s on offer this year.
CPD includes all non-mandatory training, so if there’s something you’d like to explore, develop, or see introduced, this is a great opportunity to tell us!
Everyone is encouraged to take part. If you’re a manager or team lead and would like to discuss group requests, please also email us directly. Although we are still waiting to hear bout the budget for 2026/27, it is helpful if we can start planning in early.
All responses are anonymous and carefully reviewed, and we aim to include as many suggestions as possible in next year’s CPD plan.
