Pathways have become so vast in Devon over recent years. Navigating them is a real skill. Working out who is the best team to contact in a given situation; and is admission in that person’s best interests? This is an emotive topic that always gets some really interesting discussion. Lastly the clinical handover – something we do all the time, but everyone does slightly differently. Are there handover methods that may improve our chances of receiving the desired response? How do our partners want us to handover?
During this interactive 2-hour session we will go through the topics above. Attenees will leave with additional knowledge and enhanced confidence in these areas. And you get a CPD certificate!
Duration: 2 hours.
Eligibility: Open to all patient facing staff.
