The Allyship Learning Library is a diverse collection of learning resources; designed to enhance your understanding of anti-racism and guide you in being an effective ally to individuals from global majority backgrounds. ​This is freely available to access and share widely on the NHS Learning Hub.

 

What is the Allyship Learning Library?

A self-directed learning library on the Learning Hub, designed to:
– Improve understanding of anti-racism, inclusion, and allyship
– Equip staff with tools to become active allies
– Support inclusive leadership and psychological safety

 

Who Should Use It?

All health and care staff, especially:
– Leaders & Managers
– EDI Champions
– Educators & Trainers
– New staff

Structure of the Learning Library

Resources are grouped by learning level:
– New & Curious – For those starting their allyship journey
– Improver – For developing deeper understanding
– Educator / Leader – For those leading or teaching others
