HEI Module Place Funded by SWAST?

If you have had confirmation of funding for an HEI module, this means we have already taken care (or are taking care of) of the funding.

When you enrol it is important to ensure you don’t check “self-funding” – let us know if you think you may have done this!

If you receive any unexpected demands for payment – please contact the university admissions team in the first instance. Do not attempt to make payment.

The CPD Website was unexpectedly out of action for a portion of the day on Thurs 27th June 2024.

This may have resulted in us not receiving your registration (even if you got a confirmation email).

If you think you may be affected, please do the following:

Where possible please complete another registration for the course / education day etc that you planned to attend.
Contact cpd.admin@swast.nhs.uk with your details and include the name and the date of the session. We can check if we have your booking.

Booked a place but can’t make it anymore?

Email, text or call us to let us know, so that someone else can take your place & NHS funds aren’t wasted.

Virtual Education

Please check that your devise has a working camera, microphone & audio. It is incredibly difficult for educators to teach if they cannot see & hear you & also will impact any group work.

We take the management of your personal data seriously; this is how we manage any data you enter into this website.

Your data is held in the UK.
Your data will not be transferred outside the EU without your consent.
Your data will only be used for the purposes of application & contacting you in regard to courses or modules you have applied for explicitly. (This may include passing your data to approved course providers for booking purposes).
You have the right to ask for the amendment & deletion of your data.
Personal data will be deleted from the website on a regular basis.
If you are a Trust member of staff, your data may be transferred onto Trust databases & held in accordance with Trust polices for the purpose of recording your Education & Development. It may also used in an anonymous form to record uptake of CPD by area & staff group.
