Inclusive leaders are inspirational individuals, not necessarily in leadership roles, and can be anywhere within a business. Developing your knowledge and understanding of being an inclusive leader and, as importantly, how this is practically applied back in the workplace, you will explore a range of techniques which will inspire, empower and provide you with practical skills to ‘make things happen’.
Professional ways of challenging instances of inappropriate behaviour can make a real difference to people’s working lives, health and wellbeing.
