SWAST CPD is taking Expressions of Interest for tickets
If we have enough interest we will go ahead & purchase, however we require commitment to dates at this stage as all tickets will be under the applicants name & difficult to change at a later date. Please note the conference is taking place in Newport, Wales; funding will cover the cost of a place at the conference, but unfortunately we are unable to cover travel nor other expenses.
N.B. It will not be possible to purchase any additional places after the deadline.
Overview
Following the huge success of last year’s event, the College of Paramedics, in proud partnership with the Pre-Hospital National Maternity Leads Group, are delighted to bring you the 2nd National Pre-Hospital Maternity and Newborn Conference!
This conference is a true labour of love, designed for all those working in pre-hospital maternity care, including paramedics, community midwives, and other clinicians involved in supporting women families and babies. The day will be packed with engaging discussions, practical workshops, and the latest updates on clinical guidelines, all aimed at enhancing practice and expanding our collective knowledge.
What to expect
Expect thought-provoking conversations on critical maternity topics, hands-on learning to refine your skills, and a fantastic opportunity to network with like-minded professionals who are committed to improving maternity and newborn care in the pre-hospital setting.
Eligibility
This conference is aimed at all professionals working in pre-hospital maternity care. Open to patient facing staff of all grades.
So, whether you’re keen to push your knowledge, give birth to new ideas, enhance your skills, or grow your expertise in pre-hospital maternity care, make sure you don’t miss out!
