During this masterclass, you will explore the role of inclusive leadership and emotional intelligence in gaining the support of others to enable greater empowerment and delegation. You will explore the concept of the Leadership Shadow, understand the importance of trust in a team and how you develop the aptitude of others to take responsibility for the success of the team.

By the end of the masterclass, you will:

·       Understand why ‘Leaders at Every Level’ should help others to help themselves

·       Recognise the importance of the Leadership Shadow and the shadow that you cast

·       Identify the five key leadership behaviours

·       Understand what an Inclusive Leader looks like and how to recognise unconscious bias

·       Recognise how to delegate successfully

·       Understand mental mindsets
